Minor release: the batch reviewed and merged under the 2026-07-06 non-author review gate — two new dashboard capabilities plus five correctness and packaging fixes.

- Dashboard v2 JSON foundation.
tokenpak dashboard --jsonnow emits a versioneddashboard.v2.0snapshot with measured/not-measured semantics and source labeling, backed by the newtokenpak.platformcapability-detection package. Legacy TUI and fleet-wide views are adapted to the new contract. - Dashboard SSH tunnel launcher. New
tokenpak dashboard connect/disconnectsubcommands establish and tear down an SSH-tunneled dashboard session (ControlMaster-based, with liveness and health probing);--publicis repositioned as the advanced non-tunneled mode.
Fixed
- Wheel ships companion runtime files. Companion shell hooks, codex skills, and the companion guide are now included in built distributions; on clean installs the codex hooks no longer fail with exit 127. The distribution-contents gate now asserts these files in every built wheel and sdist.
- Context-window table corrected and consolidated. Stale 200K entries for 1M-window models were corrected against provider-published metadata, current models were added, and the table now lives in the models registry as the single source (spend-guard thresholds key off real windows; unknown-model conservative fallback unchanged).
- No fabricated model attribution. Logging and forecast paths no longer default a missing model id to a real model name; unknown stays unknown and cost is never attributed to a fabricated id.
- Shutdown telemetry record persisted. Proxy shutdown now writes its summary record to the telemetry events file instead of silently dropping it on a missing method.
- Response stop reason captured. The proxy records
stop_reasonfor non-streaming and streaming responses, so refusals returned as HTTP 200 are distinguishable from successful completions in monitoring data. Forwarded bytes remain untouched.
