- Codex launcher upgrades now reconcile unchanged legacy skill copies after installing the canonical copies. Customized skills and installs to separate target directories remain preserved.
- The required license-policy check now runs on main-branch pushes and rejects missing or unusable comparison references instead of passing an empty scan.
